Create a consent-aware marketing campaign

Build a saved audience, verify marketing consent, test a campaign, and schedule or send clinic communications without bypassing consent controls.

Before you start

  • Marketing is available in your sidebar.
  • Client marketing consent and contact details are up to date.

Who can do this

Admins and HR users have Marketing access in the current sidebar configuration.

Why: Campaign sends must respect consent and clinic communication policy.

Step by step

  1. 1

Open Marketing from the sidebar and review the dashboard before creating a campaign.

  2. 2

Use Audience Builder to define the recipient group. Save reusable audiences for common segments.

  3. 3

Create the campaign, write the message, and review the recipient list. Remove anyone who should not receive the campaign.

  4. 4

Use Simulate or test-send before scheduling. Confirm links, formatting, and recipient counts.

  5. 5

Schedule or send the campaign. Review campaign results and recipient status afterward.

If something isn’t working

Tap a question to see the likely cause and the fix.

A client is missing from the audience.

Why: They may not match the filters, may lack a valid email, or may not have the required marketing consent.

Fix: Open the client record, check contact information and consent, then rebuild or refresh the audience.

A scheduled campaign did not send.

Why: The campaign may be paused, scheduled for a future time, or blocked by a processing error.

Fix: Open the campaign details and recent activity. If no error is shown, ask support to check the scheduled campaign job.
