By Workflow
Task-oriented guides grouped by area. Each workflow lists prerequisites, permissions, and a step-by-step path to completion.
Clinical
SOAP notes, supervision, treatment cycles, progress summaries.
Complete a SOAP note (CDA)
As a CDA, write and finalize the SOAP note for a treated appointment. Once you mark the note complete, your supervising SLP is automatically assigned an approval task.
Approve a SOAP note (SLP)
Review and sign off on a completed SOAP note written by a CDA you supervise. Approval locks the note and makes the appointment payroll-eligible.
Create a treatment plan
Create a goal-based treatment plan for a client, link it to the SLP and clinician team, and make goals available for progress-summary reporting.
Complete a progress summary
Use active case and treatment-plan context to summarize progress, report goal status, and support treatment-cycle renewal decisions.
Create a treatment cycle and consume sessions
Set up a block of authorized sessions for a client, then consume one session per treated appointment. Cycle thresholds automatically trigger progress-summary and renewal tasks.
Scheduling
Booking, rescheduling, confirmations, conflict handling.
Clients & Cases
Client records, family relationships, cases, files, notes, and lifecycle tracking.
Manage a client record
Find or create a client, review the profile tabs, manage family links, and keep clinical, billing, intake, and document history in one place.
Manage cases
Use cases to group a client's services, treatment cycles, appointments, treatment plans, progress summaries, and outcome tracking around a clinical episode.
Billing
Invoices, payments, refunds, split billing, credit memos.
Invoice a treated appointment
Create an invoice from a completed session. The invoice inherits services, tax, and quantities from the appointment, and can be billed to the client or an insurer.
Collect payment on an invoice
Record a cash, check, Stripe, or Clover payment against an invoice. Stored cards-on-file can be charged directly for single or batched invoices.
Refund an invoice
Reverse a payment or void an invoice. Refunds are gated to owners and admins; the original payment is preserved and a reversal record is created.
Payroll
Payroll readiness, cohorts, hourly payroll, clinician pay.
Communications
Shared inboxes, delegated threads, SMS, fax, and client communication history.
Marketing
Consent-aware audiences, campaigns, campaign testing, and scheduled sends.
Reporting
Reports, WAAG, analytics, cancellation tracking, and operational metrics.
Admin
Users, permissions, audit logs, clinic settings.
Use the Forms command centre
Create forms, manage bundles, send forms to clients, review submissions, and understand the owner approval workflow for published forms.
Review a form or bundle submission
Review submitted forms, download a PDF copy, compare submitted data with the client record, and apply only the changes that should become official.
Manage services, insurers, and resources
Keep clinic services, insurer records, rooms, equipment, and resource schedules accurate so scheduling, billing, and reporting use the right defaults.
Manage users, roles, and clinic access
Add staff, assign roles, configure payroll type and clinic access, and troubleshoot missing menu items or dashboard widgets.
Integrations
Stripe, Clover, QuickBooks, Microsoft 365 mailboxes.
